| On May 23rd, William Dolan and Oliver Delgado of Coast to Coast Mortgage became Delaware's first Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists as accredited by the CMPS Institute. The Institute describes a CMPS as "a recognized expert in the area of mortgage planning, cash flow management and real estate equity management." Mr. Dolan and Mr. Delgado both received their certification after scoring in the top 2% of prospective members. | ||
